Terms and Conditions for the TUI BLUE Anniversary Memories Challenge

1. The competition is organised by TUI Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, Karl-Wiechert-Allee 23, 30625 Hannover, Germany, hereinafter referred to as TUI BLUE. The eligibility requirements, the actions to be taken, the prizes and the method of drawing the winner are set out in the competition description and, in addition, in these Terms and Conditions. German law shall apply; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the jurisdiction of a participant's domicile shall remain unaffected.

2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands), and have an internet connection and a valid email address. The competition and all related communication will be conducted in English or German only. Employees of TUI AG and TUI BLUE and their relatives are excluded from participating in this competition. The same shall apply to travel agencies with TUI representation.

3. Participation shall be effected by completing the memory game and registering with a valid email address, providing all required contact details in full on the registration page of the competition website. Each person may participate in the competition only once.

4. Participation is independent of any booking of travel or purchase of other services from TUI BLUE and is free of charge. Participation shall be exclusively via the competition website provided by TUI BLUE.

5. The promotional period begins at 00:00 CEST on 1 April 2026 and ends at 23:59 CEST on 1 May 2026. Any entries received outside of this period will be deemed invalid and will not be eligible for the prize draw. The promoter’s system clock shall be the official timekeeper for the purposes of this competition. During this period, participation in the competition may be made via the TUI BLUE competition website. Following the close of the competition, a total of six (6) winners shall be selected at random from all participants. Each winner shall receive at random only one (1) of the prizes listed in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions. There shall be no entitlement to any prize other than that randomly allocated, nor to more than one (1) of the six (6) prizes.

6. A total of six (6) hotel vouchers shall be randomly drawn from amongst all participants in the competition. The hotel vouchers vary in terms of content, scope and applicable redemption periods. All participants are advised to inform themselves of the precise contents and temporal restrictions prior to participation, and to note that allocation is entirely random; no influence may be exercised over the selection.

1st Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Grand Azur. The hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Grand Azur comprises a stay at TUI BLUE Grand Azur of 7 nights including All Inclusive board for 2 persons (winner+1) in a Double Room with Land View. The All Inclusive package includes an open buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a selection of various snacks at specified times and a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including soft drinks, beer, table wine, selected cocktails, coffee and tea specialities). The costs of any beverages and food beyond the All Inclusive package, as well as any voluntary additional services on site, shall be borne by the winner. The costs of travel to and from the hotel and any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and shall likewise be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 1 September 2027 at the latest and subject to availability only during the periods between 1 June 2026 and 31 October 2026 (latest check-out 31 October 2026) or between 1 May 2027 and 31 October 2027 (latest check-out 31 October 2027). Redemption must be made at least one (1) month prior to the date of arrival. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

2nd Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Montafon. The hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Montafon comprises a stay at TUI BLUE Montafon of 7 nights including breakfast board for 2 persons (winner+1) in a Double Room Classic with Mountain View. The breakfast package includes buffet breakfast (excluding beverages). The costs of any beverages and food beyond the breakfast package, as well as any voluntary additional services on site, shall be borne by the winner. The costs of travel to and from the hotel and any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and shall likewise be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 1 September 2027 at the latest and subject to availability only during the period between 11 May 2026 and 31 October 2027. Excluded therefrom are the periods from 15 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, from 22 December 2026 to 6 January 2027 and from 15 July 2027 to 31 August 2027. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

3rd Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach. The hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach comprises a stay at TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach of 7 nights including All Inclusive board for 2 persons (winner+1) in a Standard Double Room. The All Inclusive package includes an open buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a selection of various snacks at specified times and a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including soft drinks, beer, table wine, selected cocktails, coffee and tea specialities). The costs of any beverages and food beyond the All Inclusive package, as well as any voluntary additional services on site, shall be borne by the winner. The costs of travel to and from the hotel and any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and shall likewise be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 1 September 2027 at the latest and subject to availability only during the periods between 11 May 2026 and 31 October 2026 or between 15 April 2027 and 31 October 2027. Excluded therefrom are the periods from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026 and from 1 July 2027 to 31 August 2027. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

4th Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Pioneer Beach. The hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Pioneer Beach comprises a stay at TUI BLUE Pioneer Beach of 7 nights including breakfast board for 2 persons (winner+1) in a Standard Double Room with Land View and Balcony. The breakfast package includes buffet breakfast (excluding beverages). The costs of any beverages and food beyond the breakfast package, as well as any voluntary additional services on site, shall be borne by the winner. The costs of travel to and from the hotel and any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and shall likewise be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 1 September 2027 at the latest and subject to availability only during the periods between 11 May 2026 and 31 October 2026 or between 1 March 2027 and 31 October 2027. Excluded therefrom are the periods from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 and from 1 August 2027 to 30 September 2027. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

5th Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar. The hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar comprises a stay at TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar of 7 nights including All Inclusive board for 2 persons (winner+1) in a Deluxe Double Room (Garden View). The All Inclusive package includes an open buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a selection of various snacks at specified times, minibar (which is refilled once a day), and a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including soft drinks, beer, table wine, selected cocktails, spirits, coffee and tea specialities). The costs of any beverages and food beyond the All Inclusive package, as well as any voluntary additional services on site, shall be borne by the winner. The costs of travel to and from the hotel and any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and shall likewise be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 1 September 2027 at the latest and subject to availability only during the period between 11 May 2026 and 31 October 2027. Excluded therefrom are the periods from 15 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, from 22 December 2026 to 28 February 2027 and from 15 July 2027 to 31 August 2027. Redemption must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the date of arrival. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

6th Prize: A hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Pardu. The hotel voucher for TUI BLUE Pardu comprises a stay at TUI BLUE Pardu of 7 nights including half board for 2 persons (winner+1) in a Superior Room Double. The half board package includes breakfast and dinner, each from the buffet (excluding beverages). The costs of any beverages and food beyond the half board package, as well as any voluntary additional services on site, shall be borne by the winner. The costs of travel to and from the hotel and any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and shall likewise be borne by the winner. Redemption of the hotel voucher is possible upon request until 1 September 2027 at the latest and subject to availability only during the periods between 1 September 2026 and 10 October 2026 or between 5 May 2027 and 10 October 2027. Excluded therefrom is the period from 1 August 2027 to 31 August 2027. To redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact TUI BLUE independently via the email address specified in the prize confirmation email.

7. Participants in the competition are obliged to provide all information requested for the conduct thereof correctly and in full. Should the contact details provided be incorrect (e.g. the email address), TUI BLUE shall be under no obligation to conduct enquiries and any disadvantage arising therefrom shall be at the participant's own risk.

8. The winners shall be notified of their prize by TUI BLUE via email to the email address provided upon registration. Each winner must confirm acceptance of the prize in writing via email to TUI BLUE within 14 days of notification of the prize (reconfirmation). Should the participant fail to provide such confirmation to TUI BLUE within the time limit to the contact details specified in the prize notification, the prize shall be forfeited by the participant and TUI BLUE shall be entitled to draw a new winner and to award the prize accordingly. Participants are advised to check their spam folders.

9. Payment of the prize in cash, whether in whole or in part, and exchange thereof are excluded. Prize entitlements are not transferable to other persons.

10. In respect of prize vouchers, the following shall apply: The redemption conditions specified on the respective voucher shall govern. In the event of loss of the voucher, TUI BLUE shall bear no liability and shall provide no replacement. Vouchers issued in a specific name and hotel vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the drawn winner.

11. Each prize comprises exclusively the components described in the prize description under clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions.

12. The competition may only be used for private purposes. Neither the competition nor the content transmitted or created thereby, nor the websites and their content, whether in whole or in part, may be used for commercial purposes or in the course of trade by participants or third parties. Participants and third parties may not offer the competition, the content conveyed or created thereby, access to the websites or their content to third parties, whether for consideration or as part of sponsored services, nor may they themselves distribute content from the websites or hold such content in stock for distribution or any other commercial use.

13. It is hereby noted that the availability and functionality of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without giving rise to any claims by participants against TUI BLUE. TUI BLUE reserves the right, in particular, to discontinue the competition (including without prior notice) in whole or in part, or to restrict access thereto in whole or in part, without giving rise to any claims by participants against TUI BLUE. This applies in particular in the event of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical reasons which result in more than insignificant impairment. This also applies where the conduct of the competition is materially impaired or precluded for legal reasons, as well as in cases of manipulation or attempted manipulation which affect the administration, security, integrity and/or proper and orderly conduct of the competition. Where such termination has been caused by the conduct of a participant, TUI BLUE may claim compensation for any damage sustained from such person. Attempts at manipulation shall result in immediate exclusion from the competition. TUI BLUE reserves the right to take legal action.

14. Claims for damages or abatement in connection with this competition against TUI BLUE are excluded regardless of the legal basis therefor, save where TUI BLUE, its statutory representatives or vicarious agents have acted with intent or gross negligence. Liability for simple negligence shall only attach to TUI BLUE where a material contractual obligation fundamental to achieving the contractual purpose has been breached by TUI BLUE, its legal representatives, senior employees or vicarious agents. The aforesaid limitation of liability shall not apply in respect of claims arising from injury to life, limb or health, from the assumption of a quality guarantee, or from fraudulent concealment of defects by TUI BLUE. Insofar as TUI BLUE is liable for simple negligence, damages shall be limited to such loss as was reasonably foreseeable and typical of the contract in question.

15. TUI BLUE may amend these Terms and Conditions for the future insofar as this is necessary for objective reasons (e.g. changes in law, adjustments to technical/procedural processes), and provided that participants are not thereby unreasonably disadvantaged. Participation periods already commenced shall remain unaffected; amendments shall be published on the competition page.

16. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to participation and winner selection.

17. During the duration of the competition, participants have the option to withdraw from participation at any time during the period of the competition. A corresponding notification can be sent informally to the marketing department of TUI BLUE via email to newsletter@tui-blue.com, which will result in exclusion from participation in the competition. Any complaints can also be directed to the TUI BLUE marketing department and TUI BLUE will endeavour to resolve the dispute.
