Our Awards

Each year, the TUI Global Hotel Awards ceremony is held to celebrate the outstanding achievements delivered by the top hotels in TUI's portfolio. The winners are selected from a pool of over 13,000 hotels across 180 destinations based on feedback provided by TUI's more than 20 million guests* in the previous year. This includes everything from service, food, facilities, and overall experience. This award is one of the highest honours our hotels can receive, as the winners are chosen directly by guests.
*All TUI guests are invited to share their feedback – this is voluntary and not all guests choose to do so.

2026 Winners

We're pleased to announce that 8 of our hotels received an award this year:

• TUI BLUE Makadi Gardens in Egypt (Top 100 Hotel)
• TUI BLUE Olhuveli Romance in the Maldives (Top 100 Hotel)
• TUI BLUE Palm Garden in Türkiye (Best Hotel TUI Netherlands, Top 100 Hotel)
• TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park in Türkiye (Best Large Hotel Globally, Top 100 Hotel)
• TUI BLUE Seno in Türkiye (Top 100 Hotel)
• TUI BLUE Sensatori Akra Sorgun in Türkiye (Top 100 Hotel)
• The Residence at TUI BLUE Sensatori Akra Fethiye in Türkiye (Top 100 Hotel)

In addition to the TUI Top 100 TUI Hotel award, all hotels that have received first-class ratings and achieved at least 8.8 out of 10 possible points in the TUI guest survey receive the TUI Quality Hotel award. It is the mark of TUI's most popular hotels - the declared favourites of our guests.

Criteria that a TUI hotel must fulfil to be awarded this prize:

• At least 50 ratings must have been received in the 12 months.
• All hotels have been rated with at least 8.8 out of 10 points 
• All hotels have to be certified according to a GSTC-recognised standard, e.g. Travelife.
