Our Green & Fair hotels are certified by an independent organisation and meet the standards of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council. These hotels are characterised by sustainable management, the responsible use of resources, the use of local and regional suppliers and other sustainable practices.

• Our hotel generates renewable energy from sources such as solar thermal energy, wind, photovoltaics or biomass.
• Guest rooms are equipped with energy-saving switches, improved insulation and at least 80% LED lighting.

• Room cleaning is optional which reduces the number of bed linen changes.
• Our hotel operates and cleans its swimming pools in a way that minimises water wastage.
• Only water-saving shower systems are used.
• Our property only uses water-saving toilet flushing systems.

• There are green spaces such as gardens/roof gardens on the property.
• A unique sustainability feature at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park is the on-site insect hotel, which was built within a dead palm tree trunk. Only natural or recycled materials from the surrounding area were used. Useful insects such as wild bees, ladybirds and lacewings have already found a home here. The project actively supports biodiversity and replaces chemical pest control in a natural way.
