So, whether you prefer a high floor location with sweeping views of the ocean or mountains, wish to be just a short walk from the main pool or want to have your travelling friends and family next door to you, our ‘Select Your Room’ service makes it all possible.
What’s more, our interactive hotel map will highlight specific features such as rooms with afternoon sun, double or twin single beds or whether you prefer a bathtub or walk-in shower, so you can choose a room that meets your own personal needs.*

How does it work?
- Enter your booking details – using the link below, enter your details to locate your booking (at least 3 days before arrival)
- Request your perfect room location** – our interactive hotel map will highlight all room locations within your booked room category; use our filters to find your perfect room location
- Submit your request – once received our hotel team will review your room request and confirm the room allocation as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours
- Pay for 'Select Your Room' – payment will be taken once you arrive at the hotel reception; prices start from €10 per night (approx. £9 per night, billed in euros or the local currency) and will be confirmed when you submit your request

FAQ — Selecting Your Room
- How many 'Select Your Room' requests can I make?
You can use the 'Select Your Room' service to request up to 4 rooms within your booking with the same booking reference.
- When can I use 'Select Your Room’?
'Select Your Room' is available at the latest 24 hours after your booking with the tour operator and up to 3 days before your arrival.
- What information do I need to be able to use 'Select Your Room’?
To request a room using the 'Select Your Room' service, you'll need the following booking details:
- Arrival date
- Hotel name
- Booking reference (TUI BLUE or TUI tour operator)
- Main traveller's name
- Email address to receive a reservation confirmation
- How will I know if my selected room is confirmed?
We'll send you an email confirmation of the room(s) you've booked normally within 48 hours of your 'Select Your Room' request. If you haven't received an email confirmation within one week, please contact your hotel directly (you'll find the contact details on the respective hotel page under "Contact & Address"). In exceptional cases, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the room booking. In this case, no charge will be made.
- How much does it cost to use 'Select Your Room’?
The 'Select Your Room' service costs between €10 to €20 per night per room depending on the hotel; the exact total cost will be shown prior to confirmation. Outside the Eurozone, the respective value is calculated in local currency. Due to currency fluctuations, the price in local currency may be higher or lower at the time of payment.
- How do I pay for 'Select Your Room’?
Full payment for the 'Select Your Room' service is made at reception once you arrive at the hotel. Typically, payments can be made with credit or debit card, or cash in the local currency; please check with your hotel to confirm accepted payment methods.
- What time can I enter my selected room on my arrival day?
Your selected room(s) will usually be available from 15:00* on the day of arrival and until 12:00*/** on the day of departure. If you'd like to book a late check-out, please contact the reception team once you've arrived at the hotel.
*The check-in and check-out time may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to your travel documents for the exact time.

If you wish to cancel your 'Select Your Room' reservation, please contact the hotel directly. You can find their contact information on the email confirmation of the 'Select Your Room' reservation as well as on the respective hotel page under "Contact & Address".
The following deadlines and fees apply in the case of a cancellation:
- Up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the total price
If you cancel your hotel booking or your trip is cancelled by the tour operator, your 'Select Your Room' reservation will be automatically cancelled. You don't have to actively cancel it in this case.
Subject to room availability, it's possible to change rooms upon arriving at the hotel. However, no refund will be given.
FAQ — Technical Issues
- My reservation cannot be not found, what now?
- It may take up to 3 days after booking for the system to detect your booking number. Please try again later.
- Please re-check your travel documents to confirm the details you have submitted are correct (name of the hotel, date of arrival, reservation number, and surname of the main traveller must match those shown on your booking confirmation).
- The 'Select Your Room' service may not yet be available for the hotel you've booked. 'Select Your Room' is currently only available for selected hotels.*

If your reservation still cannot be not found after considering the possibilities listed above, please contact the hotel directly (you can find the contact details on the respective hotel page under "Contact & Address").
- Why can I not choose today or tomorrow as my arrival date?
Unfortunately, it's already too late. 'Select Your Room' requests must be made at least 3 days before your arrival at the hotel.
- Why are there no available rooms shown?
- There are no rooms available in your room category according to the selected options. Please change the selection criteria.
- There are no rooms available in your room category on the selected floor. Please try choosing another floor; you can only select a room of your choice in the room category you have booked.
- You have booked a family room consisting of 2 adjoining double rooms – this room type is unfortunately not available to select currently. Please contact the hotel directly (you will find the contact details on the respective hotel page under "Contact & address").
- The following hotel room types are currently unavailable for 'Select Your Room' reservations:
- TUI BLUE Cabo Verde: Oceanfront Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Oceanfront Deluxe Double Room with Terrace and Jacuzzi
- TUI BLUE Los Gigantes: 2 Bedroom Suite
- TUI BLUE Madeira Gardens: Deluxe Junior Suite with Sea View and Balcony at

- I have not received an email confirmation for my 'Select Your Room' reservation, what should I do?
Please check the spam/junk folder of your email account first. We also recommend you check whether you've entered your email address correctly into the booking field.
If you haven't received a confirmation email, your 'Select Your Room' booking may not have gone through. Please contact the hotel you've booked with directly (you'll find the contact details on the respective hotel page under "Contact & Address").
- The 'Select Your Room' webpage is not displaying correctly
