Keys provided as soon as the room is ready, no later than 2 pm; electronic check-in possible before your arrival, check-out by 12 pm; late check-out for a fee; after check-out you can use the Farewell Lounge (see Farewell Lounge). Free use of Farewell Lounge with showers, changing rooms and lockers for arriving and departing guests (available according to availability).

After you leave the airport terminal (approx. 3 km), follow the sign in the direction of “Serik-Manavgat” and turn right. Stay on this highway until you reach Manavgat and then continue on the same road towards Alanya. After approx. 14 km you will reach a sign on the right-hand side of the road that says “Kizilagac”. Turn right here and continue until you see the sign “TUI BLUE Palm Garden”, which points towards the hotel.
