The retreat concludes with a Closing Circle and celebratory Farewell Dinner, marking a memorable end to a shared journey. Families also receive a complimentary Climbing Wall “Pass” to add an extra element of adventure to their stay.

Perfect for families seeking nature, movement, creativity, and meaningful time together in a supportive, inspiring environment. Only children are charged for this event. Each child may bring one parent, and each parent can accompany up to two children.

      From Booking and Payment to Changes and On‑Site Requirements

      You will need your arrival date, the hotel name, the tour operator’s booking number or the TUI BLUE booking number, and the last name of the first person listed on the booking confirmation.

      You must also provide your email address so that a booking confirmation can be sent to you.

      Yes. Children must attend together with a parent. One parent may accompany up to two children.

      In general, it’s possible to book the event immediately after the trip has been booked (approximately 90 seconds later) and up to 1 day before check‑in.

      The booking information must have been transferred from the tour operator to the hotel, and the booking number included in that information must match the booking number shown on your travel confirmation.

      Each event has a different price, depending on the type of sport, number of participants, and the experts involved. You can find all prices on the website under each specific event.

      Outside the eurozone, the equivalent amount is calculated in the local currency according to the current exchange rate. Due to currency fluctuations, the price in euros may therefore be higher or lower in such cases.

      At the moment, no payment method needs to be provided when booking the event. Payment is made on site at the hotel.

      First, please check your inbox and your spam folder. You will receive a booking confirmation email as soon as your booking number has been matched with your hotel reservation. This process can take up to one week. If the booking number cannot be matched (e.g., due to a spelling error), you will receive an email informing you that your event booking has been cancelled. Your spot will remain reserved until then!

      In some cases, our system may not recognise your booking number if it is an internal transaction number from a third-party provider (OTA).

      If you have not received any email, no event has been booked. In that case, please contact us at events@tui-blue.com.

      You can simply present your booking confirmation for the booked event directly at check-in.

      If you have not received an email confirmation for your event booking, please contact events@tui-blue.com.

      • You may cancel or change your event free of charge up to 31 days before check-in.
      • From 30 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
      • From 14 days before check-in, 100% of the agreed price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
      • For cancellations or changes, please contact your events@tui-blue.com.

      Registration for our events is only possible with a TUI booking number. If you booked your hotel stay through a third‑party provider (OTA), you unfortunately won’t be able to register using that booking number.

      What can you do?
      Please contact us at events@tui-blue.com.

      We will provide you with the correct TUI transaction number, which you can then use to register for your chosen event.”

      Option 1: Did you select the correct hotel and arrival date, or enter the booking number exactly as shown? Please check your travel documents. The system requires the booked hotel, the arrival date at the hotel, the booking number, and the last name of the first person listed on the booking confirmation (spelled exactly as it appears there).

      Option 2: The system transfers information to connected systems in real time to retrieve your details. In some cases, this may take a few minutes. Please try again shortly. If your travel details still cannot be found, please contact events@tui-blue.com.

      Just like when booking your trip on the website, you can register all participants for an event under one booking. It is important that all participants share the same booking number; otherwise, they will unfortunately need to be booked separately.

      This may be due to a lack of available spots.

      To ensure a great experience for everyone, a minimum of 10 participants is required for the event to go ahead.
