TUI BLUE Palm Garden

We are especially looking forward to the families. Parents and children will have a lot of fun here.

We have many regular guests at the Palm Garden, particularly families. We can practically watch the children grow, since quite a few families come back every year. As the hotel manager, I find that gratifying because it shows that they feel at home here.

At first my team and I asked ourselves if the concept of TUI BLUE fits our hotel guests. But now we know that families will have an even more wonderful holiday with us. The rooms are being renovated, the selection of  food has been expanded even further, there will be barbecue evenings on the beach and hungry teenagers will certainly appreciate the Welcome Lounge, where there are snacks day and night. New types of sports, for example, trampolines on the water, are sure to be a hit with guests both big and small. All in all, there will be more of everything – for every age group.

We know that families on holiday like to engage in a lot of activities together. But sometimes parents would also like to have quality time on their own. Families find just the right balance at our hotel. While the grown-ups try out the BLUEf!t sports activities or spend a romantic day in the daybed on the beach, the children experience fun and action in the newly designed Kids’ Club, or playfully learn something in what we refer to as edutainment. The children’s buffet, frozen yoghurt and children's cocktails alone are enough to make any child's heart beat faster.

When we reopen the “Palm Garden” in May 2016 under the name TUI BLUE, a number of things will change, but it will be just as warm, welcoming and family-friendly as ever. That is very important to me and my team.

The new style of hotel TUI BLUE is the new hotel brand of the TUI Group and combines the best of an independent break with a package holiday. It is the group’s first hotel brand to have TUI in its name and is closing a decisive gap. TUI will thereby become a comprehensive experience for its customers, beginning with the booking and covering everything from the arrival and hotel stay to customer service after the holiday.
