Are you familiar with the terms "rookie trail", "biker cross", "flowline", and "pumptrack"? Even if you aren't, you should try the downhill Bikepark Planai. With the Planai cable car across the street from the TUI BLUE PULSE Schladming, you can go up 1,830 metres and and then burn over a thousand metres of altitude coming down - the ultimate ride. The Bikepark Planai is environmentally friendly and offers fine, steep curves and jumps through precipitous passages for the complete downhill experience. For casual riders, there's a family route from the Planai mountain station to the middle station that avoids the steep passages. The wheels are transported in the Planai cable car. The maximum gradient is over 100%.
TUI BLUE PULSE Schladming Tip: The Dirtpark Schladming, a dirt-bike or BMX park, is located just a few minutes from the TUI BLUE PULSE Schladming. At the Dirtpark, BMX and mountain bike freaks can roll out and compete to see who can hit the highest jump or make the fastest lap. The park is suitable for both four-cross and BMX bikes.
