You can glide on cross-country skis at your own pace through dreamlike landscapes of glittering snow, and you can start near your TUI BLUE PULSE Schladming hotel. You'll find a paradise for cross-country skiing and skating in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

Ramsau am Dachstein is the cross-country skiing Mecca of the region: the Nordic World Championships have already taken place in these tracks. Year after year, the Ramsauer trails become a venue for World Cup races. The 220 kilometre-long network of trails of Ramsau am Dachstein winds through elevations of 1,100 to 2,700 metres, provides all levels of difficulty, and offers the best conditions for both casual skiers and top athletes alike. One of the highlights is the night track in the cross-country skiing stadium in Ramsau, which is lit up every day until 21:00. Tip for cross-country skiing addicts: on the Dachstein glacier, cross-country skiing is possible at 2,700 metres even in the summer!

The central starting point is the cross-country stadium in Ramsau, which has its own testing centre, sports shops, and the best infrastructure for cross-country skiers. It lies only about 9 kilometres from the TUI BLUE PULSE Schladming and is easily accessible by car, local buses, and the ski bus. Learn more about the trails in Ramsau here and in the TUI BLUE PULSE Schladming.

The natural snow trails Rohrmoos Untertal and Obertal extend south of Schladming's town centre. When the sun shines on the cross-country runs in Untertal, you'll see why they're called the "Crystal Trails". Located in wooded areas and therefore protected, the Crystal Trail and the Sport Trail in Untertal are mostly passable until late spring. Quaint snack stations along the trails will slake your hunger and thirst.

And for those who want a romantic outing, we recommend "Cross-Country Skiing by Moonlight" - an unforgettable experience on the Crystal ski trails in Rohrmoos. You'll get an overview of all open trails in the Schladming-Dachstein region here.
