Sample the variety of fish and meat dishes from the traditional Croatian cuisine and refined vegetarian and vegan options. Watch the sunset from the bar with a drink in your hand. A special highlight is the barbecue on the beach.

BREAKFAST The main restaurant at the TUI BLUE Jadran - "The Restaurant"- offers an extensive breakfast buffet every morning with a selection that leaves no wish unfulfilled. The hotel's own bakery supplies freshly baked bread and rolls. Enjoy sweet and savoury specialities, live cooking, and freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Late risers will be pleased to know that the breakfast buffet is open until 11:00.

LUNCH For lunch, you can enjoy light and healthy snack dishes at the restaurant "Pink Cricket" on the beach. The TUI Bar near the Welcome Lounge also offers a selection of snacks and cakes.

DINNER In the evening, enjoy several culinary options at the TUI BLUE Jadran. The Croatian and Dalmatian cuisine is reflected in the exquisite choices in all the restaurants. At "The Restaurant", the big dinner buffet offers local and international specialties freshly prepared at the live cooking stations and an extensive selection of regional delicacies. There are delicious choices for vegetarians, vegans, and those who prefer low-carb meals. The à la carte restaurant "Oliva" has been inspired by Croatian and Dalmatian cuisine and offers innovative Mediterranean dining. It's just the place for a romantic dinner. On selected evenings, the beach restaurant "Pink Cricket" will do grilling right on the beach. Croatia is famous for its grilled specialties, and you won't want to miss out on the dreamlike atmosphere created by the fragrant pines and the lapping surf at the Beach Barbecue. Half-board includes the dinner buffet (drinks not included). For a fee you can upgrade to the à-la-carte restaurant or the beach barbecue.

BARS Whether you're on the beach, on the pool deck, or in the Welcome Lounge of the TUI BLUE Jadran, a bar is always nearby. With the choice of 3 bars, you can refresh with ice-cold drinks, fruity cocktails, and fresh juices. Coffee and snacks between meals are also available here. Take in the elegant sunset over the sea with a glass of fine Croatian wine and good company.
