Our Family Retreats are supported by an experienced childcare specialist who brings both professional expertise and TUI\u2019s trusted standards of care \u2013 ensuring an enriching and memorable experience for our youngest guests.\n
The retreat offers a dynamic mix of outdoor adventure, creative exploration, beach activities, wellness sessions, and local culinary experiences. Designed for flexibility, families can enjoy activities together or take time to relax and explore at their own pace.\n
Evenings invite special shared moments through storytelling, music, reflection, and relaxed gatherings under the open sky. A closing circle and celebratory farewell dinner mark the end of a memorable journey.\n
Families also receive a complimentary spa treatment pass to enhance their stay. Only children are charged for this event. Each child may bring one parent, and each parent can accompany up to two children.\n

You will need your arrival date, the hotel name, the tour operator\u2019s booking number or the TUI BLUE booking number, and the last name of the first person listed on the booking confirmation.\n
You must also provide your email address so that a booking confirmation can be sent to you.\n
In general, it\u2019s possible to book the event immediately after the trip has been booked (approximately 90 seconds later) and up to 1 day before check\u2011in.\n
The booking information must have been transferred from the tour operator to the hotel, and the booking number included in that information must match the booking number shown on your travel confirmation.\n
Each event has a different price, depending on the type of sport, number of participants, and the experts involved. You can find all prices on the website under each specific event.\n
Outside the eurozone, the equivalent amount is calculated in the local currency according to the current exchange rate. Due to currency fluctuations, the price in euros may therefore be higher or lower in such cases.\n
At the moment, no payment method needs to be provided when booking the event. Payment is made on site at the hotel.\n
First, please check your inbox and your spam folder. You will receive a booking confirmation email as soon as your booking number has been matched with your hotel reservation. This process can take up to one week. If the booking number cannot be matched (e.g., due to a spelling error), you will receive an email informing you that your event booking has been cancelled. Your spot will remain reserved until then!\n
In some cases, our system may not recognise your booking number if it is an internal transaction number from a third-party provider (OTA).\n
If you have not received any email, no event has been booked. In that case, please contact us atevents@tui-blue.com.\n You can simply present your booking confirmation for the booked event directly at check-in.\n If you have not received an email confirmation for your event booking, please contact events@tui-blue.com.\n Registration for our events is only possible with a TUI booking number. If you booked your hotel stay through a third\u2011party provider (OTA), you unfortunately won\u2019t be able to register using that booking number.\n What can you do?Which documents need to be submitted to the hotel?
